Delivery & Shipping Policy
The vast part of our orders are dispatched inside 2-3 working days within receiving the order and delivered within 4-7 days. We distribute via leading delivery agencies, and you can monitor your order online after it has been dispatched. In the unfortunate case that we are unable to supply any goods on your order, be confident that you will not be billed for the product, or that you’d be reimbursed the full cost of the item.
Please take into account our shipping policies as follows:
- We ship most of the products within 2-3 working days of purchasing. That being said, in certain situations, we can take more time, close to 5 working days, to ship the item since we may have to bring it from other retailers or manufacturers.
- Due to this pandemic, in the unfortunate case that we are unable to ship your product fully within 7 working days of the order, we will cancel the order. You will receive an email being notified of the same and your payment for the order refunded.
- We deliver on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), apart from national holidays. In order to make sure that your product arrives in the shortest possible time and in fine condition, we only ship via trustworthy courier companies. Although we try to arrive on schedule, due to the load of couriers, predict a delay of 2-3 days
- We invariably strive to deliver all products together in your order, this might not always be practical due to product requirements or inventory.
Replacement is the operation or method of changing something in favour of something else. The Customer may order replacement if he or she is not pleased with the item, the reason being damaged in shipment, or receiving a defective item.
Once a proposal of replacement has been made, the following procedures shall be followed:
1. Buyer has been questioned for “Cause for Return”. The foregoing are among others, the key reasons: Packaging was damaged Product was faulty Product Dead on Arrival Product(s) were missing Incorrect product delivered
2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
3. In the event that the vendor accepts the replacement request, the buyer is obligated to return the item to the vendor and only after the merchandise has been returned, the vendor shall be obliged to offer the replacement product to the customer.
4. In the situation that the vendor does not have the item in inventory or we are unable to accept your replacement request, a refund shall be given to the buyer. In the event of replacement, all the points listed above must be compiled with.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancelling is the process by which a buyer tells the seller that he does not wish to receive the product he has ordered.
The buyer may choose to cancel the order inside of 24 hours of the order being placed.
If the merchandise has been dispatched, the company will not approve of the cancellation request.
The company retains the right to authority to cancel the order if the product is out of stock.
In the event of any cancellation, the business or customer support staff shall be in contact with you.
Refund shall be made if the customer cancels the product before it is dispatched, after which no cancellation requests shall be entertained.
Pricing and Payment
The prices of all products are listed on the website and are subject to change at the discretion of the seller. In case of any change, the buyer will be notified. In the occurrence of any unintentional error by the company in the quotation of the price, you shall be informed by the company of the blunder, after which you will have the right to accept the renewed price or cancel the order.
The company shall not be deemed accountable in the event of occurrence of any credit card fraud. The liability of the misuse of a credit card will be on the user, unless proved otherwise.
The prices of products are independent of taxes which are required to be paid to the concerned authorities. The prices of all products shall be listed in Indian rupees.
Free gifts associated with the purchase of products above a certain amount will be delivered once the cancellation or replacement period of the product has surpassed (7 days).
The customer can always contact customer support in case he is not looking for replacement or refund and wants the freebie delivered before the above mentioned period.
If the freebie product is out of stock, contact customer support and they will send you a series of options to choose from.
